Companies often secure business through the offering of competitive bids on works offered by the government, semi-governmental entities and the private sector. There are differences in procuring work from the public and private sectors. While private companies may feel comfortable with a contractor meeting certain criteria, governments and semi-governmental entities usually are obliged to observe complex procurement rules and regulations to ensure that public funds are spent correctly, contracts are awarded fairly, and all businesses are provided with a fair opportunity.

In that respect we have amongst others negotiated contract terms and assisted in providing innovative solutions.
We proudly assisted winning bidders in the largest Pubic Private Partnership projects in recent history of the Dutch Caribbean, including the Green Corridor project, which is a civil sizable infrastructure project in Aruba. This project includes miles of four way car lanes, intersections, miles of bike paths, a four way lane bridge and green beatification of the areas.

This includes litigation against other bidders and the contracting authority regarding not compliance with bidding rules and regulations and litigation regarding construction disputes in all phases of the construction.
